Men’s ministry isn’t primarily about a weekly meeting (as helpful as the regularity and accountability of that vehicle is). Emmanuel Bible Church’s goal is being men who look and act more like Jesus in all the complicated and varied callings of our life. This often includes putting off the fleshly desire to isolate ourselves (Proverbs 18:1) for fear of exposure, and putting on humility that brings us together in our goal of Christlikeness (Proverbs 17:17). In this sense men’s ministry is always happening, whether in the Sunday morning gathering, small groups, or a few men getting together during the week to memorize Scripture and ask hard questions of each other. The mainstay of the ministry, (and where the optimal blend of ingredients of sanctification comes together), is our weekly Thursday morning 6 am meeting “Grace & Grit” that meets at EBC.

Comfort Colors introduces its garment-dyed t-shirt; a fully customizable tee made 100% with ring-spun cotton. The soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric brings extra coziness to your wardrobe while the relaxed fit makes it an excellent daily choice. The double-needle stitching throughout the tee makes it highly durable while the lack of side-seams helps the shirt retain its tubular shape.

  • Made with medium fabric (6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²)) consisting of high quality, 100% ring-spun US cotton for long-lasting comfort.
  • All shirts feature pre-shrunk cotton for size retention and a signature sewn-in twill label.
  • The relaxed fit keeps the wearer comfy in both casual and semi-formal settings while the crew neckline delivers that classic, neat style which makes it perfect for accessorizing. What’s more, the pre-shrunk fabric ensures a consistently great fit.
  • Made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested. Gildan is also a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol ensuring ethical and sustainable means of production.

“You and I cannot be useful if we want to be sweet as honey in the mouths of men. God will never bless us if we wish to please men, that they may think well of us. Are you willing to tell them what will break your own heart in the telling and break theirs in the hearing? If not, you are not fit to serve the Lord. You must be willing to go and speak for God, though you will be rejected.”  -C.H. Spurgeon
